- Product without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items

Once used or washed, the product cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged / Missing Items During Transit
If the package appears tampered or damaged, please:

- Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible.
